Shipping & Returns

Your purchased items will be carefully packaged, and boxed by TriNova, Inc. shipping personnel. Your items will be shipped USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, or any other method to insure the best delivery for our customers and take great care to protect your items with plenty of protective materials. 

Orders for items that are currently in stock will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, Monday through Friday after receipt of order. Shipping notification, to include tracking number, will be sent to the email address provided during the profile setup process when your order has shipped. If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, an email will be sent indicating the estimated lead time to fill the order. 

All sales are final. All Items are sold “As Is”. No Warranties are expressed or implied.No cancellations or returns will be accepted.

Orders that are to be shipped priority overnight or two day must be placed by 2:30 PM central time.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
