TriNova is looking for an energetic and personable candidate who is a self-motivated and well-organized professional to join our team as a Service Coordinator/Inside Sales Associate.


  • Scheduling of Service Technicians.
  • Provide Sales & Service quotations as needed for all sales team members within TriNova organization.
  • Keep Service Scheduling Spreadsheet up to date on a day-to-day basis
  • Process all Service Orders - Enter buy-resale order into Trinova's system (P21) and forward documentation to Endress + Hauser service for their processing.
  • Manage service projects - Record/monitor technician time and expenses for overruns/project management
  • Book accommodations for Service Technicians as needed for service jobs
  • Manage purchasing of all parts required for service jobs and product resell orders
  • Expediting orders with manufacturers

    • At least 5 years of combined relevant experience, education and training
    • School Degree or GED equivalent


    • Occasional training


    • Knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental Standards


    • Database management skills


    • Field Service Experience
    • At least 5 years industry experience
